Appointments

Appointments may be booked online, by telephone, or in person.

To secure your booking, a £20 deposit is required. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.

Your appointment is confirmed once the deposit has been successfully received.

Cancellations & Deposits

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 12 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made more than 12 hours before the appointment will allow your £20 deposit to be transferred to a new booking or refunded where applicable.

• Cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment, or failure to attend without notice (a “no-show”), will result in the £20 deposit being retained and it will not be refunded.

• A new deposit may be required to secure any future appointment.

This policy helps us manage appointment availability fairly and minimise lost booking time for our therapists.

Pricing

Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without notice.

Any promotional pricing is available only during the advertised period.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law.

Medical Information

Certain treatments may require consultation or medical information before your appointment.

It is your responsibility to disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies or medications that may affect treatment.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, branding and logos, remains the property of Glow Beauty Studio & Academy unless otherwise stated.

While we take every reasonable care when providing treatments and maintaining this website, we cannot accept liability for indirect losses arising from the use of our website or services, except where required by law.
